Auckland Map - Below is a simple map of
Auckland to help you start your planning. Many of the Guidebooks
such as The Auckland A - Z Visitors Guide and The Auckland
What's On have sketch maps that are adequate for most purposes,
or you might want to buy a more detailed map of the City centre.
Most of the Guide books and maps you might want are available
on the internet from reputable suppliers. There is also the
Auckland Map Centre opened in October 1999
in the heart of Auckland City and has grown to become the
largest specialised map and travel guide retailer on North
Island. If you intend to travel outside the city, you may
find it useful to buy a more extensive Guide and maps.
