The Visitor Centres supply information
for other parts of New Zealand too, if you are travelling
onwards from Auckland. A small range of souvenirs is also
available. Although there are transport passes, there are
no general tourist museum passes currently available in Auckland.
A number of free publications are available from the Visitor
Centres including the Auckland A - Z Visitors Guide and the
Auckland What's On.
They can also advise you Auckland on transport passes like
a One Day (for about NZ$10) or Three Day Pass. There is also
the Auckland Discovery Day Pass for about
NZ$15 which covers inner Harbour ferries as well.
